Hello, I have perused your query.
In the circumstances where the owner of the property died intestate, the property will be divided equally among all his class one legal heir as per the the Hindu Law of Succession.
You have an option of filing a suit for partition in a civil court of law.
You can seek the releif of crystallization of shares and the respective possession thereafter.
