Ma'am most respectfully, You don't de facto have any right in your father's house. In order to object your mother's action we would require a proper strategy and well thought plan. So, it is advisable to contact me and provide me more details as any step taken without proper info will make your father vulnerable for legal actions by your mother.
Feel free to contact me, I will be happy to assist you.
Who wants to come back? your wife alongwith you to which your mother is objecting or something else?
anyways, going by what has been stated by you. The owner of the property has rhe sole right to decided. so your mother does not have any right to object. if she do,she can be served a legal notice for the same. if she further continued to do so, injunction can be sought by your father.
