Hi All, I bought property in 2016 in a good layout in Bangalore, property is dc converted, with bda NOC, layout was formed in 2004, 1acre of land was acquired by layout developer from one Muniraju who had inturn self acquired this land from original land owner in 1994. Muniraju had sold his self acquired property to developer in 2004, wherein his son had also signed in the sale deed dated 2004.But now suddenly in 2019 Muniraju's son files a OS case against 1acre land, how to protect my plot.

Can I get a Khata for DC converted sites?
DC conversion is when the District Commissioner approves the use of land for purposes other than agriculture. The landowner has to apply for DC conversion in accordance with Section 95 of Karnataka Land Revenue Act. If the land has been DC Converted, an A Khata Certificate can be obtained by the owner. 22 Jan 2021
How do I verify DC converted sites?
Property Title Deed
Copy of the mutation record
Copy of Form 10 stating occupancy rights.
No due certificate from village accountant
Copy of certified Land Tribunal Order
Certificate of Zonal status issued by the Urban Development Authority (or Town Planning).
Can we buy non DC converted land in Bangalore?
You are advised not to purchase the property. A DC conversion may be granted if you apply now. 1. The property should not be purchased if it has been constructed on agricultural land, and hasnt been converted or approved by DC.
Is it safe to buy revenue site in Bangalore?
BENGALURU : The state government banned the sale and purchase after 2013 of revenue sites that were registered outside municipal corporations. The department of stamps and registration will not register sites developed on agricultural land without land conversion. 10 Jan 2021
