Fake sale deed created and transferred property

My grandfather was cheated by his nephews.They created some fake sale deed and transferred our property on their name.we have all the evidence which can proof the fraud.We are fighting case in district court but there is no progress. Please suggest some good advice. Thank You

If u r fighting in district court through partition or title suit than after decision of this case matter can be solved in mean time if nephews are ready to withdraw their claim or ready to compromise than matter can be solved. If u have filed complaint case of under section 420 and relevant sections than in trial through your evidence it will be proved that there is fraud than the sale deed will be void. Now in both methods u can resolved. Your problem .

Immediately lodge an FIR in the nearest police station. If police don't register your case you can make s complaint to cJm he will order to police to enquire the matter and accordingly action will be taken.
