Extension of Turf by removing the green cover by Apex Body of Society

Our Society Apex Body has extended and concretized an existing playing turf by removing the green cover besides it. They claim to have approval from 16 buildings and from relevant authority. This huge turf is straight in front of my building, It is almost in completion stage. This will increase the noise pollution and heat and huge pillars raised will block ventilation and light - Please advise
Give a letter of objection to the society in writing and ask for any approval in the annual general meeting or special general meeting is being taken by the society also, you can send a legal notice and complaint against this with the deputy registrar against the society.

send a legal notice to the society for the permission granted by the authorities to construct the turf. send a copy to the Asst Registrar societies to begin with
based on their reply, you can file a consumer complaint or a complaint to the societies Registrar for demolition of the extension
