Execution of will if no executor is named.

if a will is made and executor is not named then is it necessary to go for a probate ? Or can it be executed by mutual understanding of the family ?

if no executive is mentioned in the well that the beneficiary of the will can act as executor and apply for probate at prepared Faridkot guitar is must but if they will this method should be apply is there any one of the beneficiaries cannot play the court for probate

Naming of an executor is not always necessary. It's just a precautionary measure that someone should be aware of existence of such will. Properties within city limits require probate due to high value. Other properties do not require probate.
