Exclusivity of right on land transferred by father

21-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir we are three brothers. i am the eldest one. my father had 30 beegha agricultural land. Long time back my father had transferred 4 beegha land (out of this 30 beegha) in my name (recorded in official land revenue records too) in order to avoid this 4 beegha agricultural land from being lost due to land ceiling. I want to know do i have exclusive right/ claim over this 4 beegha land?? or my brothers can also claim it during legal fight?? Kindly help. I am getting different opinions on this from many legal experts. Wanted your opinion on this at the earliest.

As per law if the land is ancestral land then your father had no right to transfer the same in your name. If the same has been transferred and the brothers have not claimed yet then dispose of it. If the land is self acquired land of your father then no brother can claim it. For more advise n information contact me at my office after taking appointment at my chamber.

If the property has earned by your father only than he is able to execute as he like. but if the property is ancestral than can not transfer or give you without concern of other legal heirs or beneficiary like your brothers and sisters etc. There is simple property method is that in ancestral property all legal heir have their legal rights but on self earned property the person has individual rights of transfer or use as he like.
