Eviction of Illegally living family in Our House

My grandmother transfer her full property to my mother. Now my grandmothers Elder son and his family, who abused and beat my grandmother several times, is living in house which is now owned by my mother. How can we evict them legally without giving any share of property according to my grandmother?
And Please tell me the advantages in making a Will in this case. So that they can't claim for share in future.

We can begin by shooting a strongly worded Legal Notice to your uncle asking him to vacate the premises ASAP failure of which shall lead to initiation of legal proceedings against them.
