23-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Seeking an eviction order for rent arrears accruing since August 2010 to date. Rent deed signed for Rs 4500 PCM increasing annually by 10% excluding water and electricity bills. Electrics and water has been disconnected due to non payment of bills. I occupy entire GF and this individual with his wife and two kids occupies 2 room set on 1st floor. Other half of the 1st floor is also in my occupation. What is the way forward please.
Actually your query is not clear, you are Landlord or Tenant.
If you are landlord then you may file eviction petition on the ground of non payment of rent and if your tenant then you may file CIvil suit in your defence so that landlord will not be able to evict except due course of law. For more info you may discuss it with us. Kindly fix appointment.

If you want to evict your tenant, you need to file eviction petition before concerned rent controller on the ground of arrears of rent and other grounds like personal necessity etc. so as to get the premises vacated from your tenant. It requires the rent deed, proof of your landlord/ ownership and facts briefing alongwith description of demised property.
