Dear Respected Members, Myself got property as gift through a gift deed by my father, without any conditions. But my father has made lease agreement in his name previous with tenants . Now i want these old tenants to leave. Can i send notice to them ? Should i pay back the lease money to them? Kindly advice please..!!
First thing you isn't have the matter is any chance of getting complications. better directly you intimate to vacate by way of return the lease ammount to them. are they reject then you can send a legal with fix the time limit.

You can send them notice to vacate the premises... You are bound to give them the security deposit advanced to them need to look into the agreement to guide you further.. Also its better that you give them time to vacate by sending notice

Send them a legal notice to evict from the property. But you need to return back the Security Deposit given by them. If they are not vacating then you must file a suit for eviction.
