Three high voltage electric poles erected in our agricultural land without any information or notice to owner. We gave complaint in electricty office (AEE), they are asking us bear the expenses of removal of poles now. WHat is the solution to this issue ?n can we file a petetion in High court ?
hi brother without consent of the farmer who is having the agriculture land without giving notice if the electricity department or government whoever did the pole and established the are erection the high electrical poles which r against law so kindly approach High Court immediately challenging the erection work of the electrical department

hi you could file writ petition in the high court stating that the electric poles were fixed without issuing any notice and you could pray before the court to direct the authorities to remove the poles without collecting any charges
