Elder brother with holding my property

Me and my elder brother have house on joint property. And I have one factory in my name and I have one more land on all our four brothers name. ( they all agreed to transfer it to my name as I paid them all money in return). But my elder brother has tortured and removed me n my family out of the house( in which my name is also there) he is taking rent from factory which is in my name and the third property , he isn't transferring on my name. In fact rest two brothers are ready to transfer in my name, as I have given money.. But elder brother has kept all property papers also. He is cheating me. Blocked my number and all contacts. ( note none of these properties are ancestral) .
