DTCP APPROVED LAND WITH Patta Related Issue No parent document
11-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My father purchased a land Which was DTCP approved, and he has the documents (pathram) but he is not having patta and no parent document, the person he got from did not have patta. While we searched for that patta VAO told it was in someones name but we were unable to find that person. So is there any way to get patta. Pls help
May be, the power of attorney agent of the owner of the property sold it to your father without providing all necessary documents. For now, you can apply for encumbrance certificate of the property purchased by your father and from the information in the EC you can get certified copy of all the documents including parent document if available.

Just pay a challan to take a survey of your land and submit the documents to apply for a patta in Taluk office. The patta will be transferred to your name in 2 to 3 months. If you require any legal assistance, let us know
