Hi I am Adv Sudesh Since the DRT is delaying your case despite a High Court order to expedite it we must immediately file an Early Hearing Application before the tribunal. If they still give long dates we can file a Contempt Petition in the High Court Please book a legal consultation with me right away so I can review your High Court order and plan our next legal move.

you must formally establish legal urgency before the tribunal. Because DRT dockets are heavily crowded, long adjournments are common unless a specific threat to your rights is demonstrated. Your advocate must file a formal Urgent Hearing Application (also called a Put-Up Petition or Preponement Application) along with a supporting affidavit. The court will only grant a short date if there is a severe, time-sensitive emergency. Valid grounds of urgency include: The bank has issued a fresh Auction Notice or physical possession notice under the SARFAESI Act while your main application is still pending. An imminent risk of losing your property or asset before your arguments can be heard. Severe medical emergencies or other irreparable financial injury. these are some points above....

if you have any order from the High court for the expeditious disposal of the case you can file the order of the court and pray in entrime application for a short date. Genrally DRT HAS THE ORIGINAL JURISDICTION IN BANK CASES
