Don't want any right in parents property, so require legal suggestions

As i mention i want to withdraw my all right from my parents property. For which i want legal suggestions.

What rights are instilled in you and by what legal documentation first you will have to inform that accordingly you will have to enter into an agreement and make a declaration stating that you waive your right and shall not inherit anything from your parents property.

You do not need to do anything to disclaim your parents' property. Even if they do leave you some property in a will, you are not obliged to take it and can always forfeit your right to it the property.
