Does Visar pavati has preference?

I've a quick doubt and need clarity on some of my issues Here's the scenerio: *A* has created a visar pavati with *B* and mentioned deadline of 6 months for purchase. *B* failed to complete the transaction and *A* sold the property to *C* *B* after sometime filed a suit and won in local and district court. Below are my queries: 1. What happens to *C* here. 2. If the visar expired how can *B* win 3. Is it worth for *C* to go in high court and fight against *B* 4. Does visar has preference over full sell Currently the property is transferred on the name of *C* and *C* is paying the govt taxes

Hello there! I will have to check court order in this case. under which circumstances court has given preference to B. After studying documents I can provide you proper legal advice. Yes, C can challenge B's Right to Ownership which had been granted by the Lower Court in High Court. How B got the Order in his favor from Lower Court, that needs to be legally verified before giving any legal advice to you.
