Does maternal grand child have rights in the property

My mother in law made a sale deed of property to her daughter with false intention is there any chances for my children to aquire a share in that property as they are legally grand son and grand daughter?
Tell me whether the property is self acquired of our mother in law or ancestral? then I can able to give my opinion.You have not given clear picture .If the property is her self acquired,then she is having every right to do what ever way she likes.

You have not mentioned about your religion. The property acquired by daughter is her exclusive property. Nobody can claim such property. It is her will, she can give it anybody she likes, even outside of the family. Your case is difficult, you better contact me through LAWrato.
