Does GPA holder has right to sell his share of property

is it mandatory to register GPA in case when JDA is executed at delhi . does the GPA holder have rights to sell his share in the property when there is a collaboration agreement between land owner and developer?

Registration of GPA is mandatory to benefit any rights post September 2012 after the judgement of the suoreme court. GPA holder can sell the property for the attorney is given only when the executor is alive. The GPA comes to an end when the executor of the GPA dies. Further the terms of the collaboration agreement will also be seen to give further advice as to whether it creates any parallel rights towards the builder.
