Does divorced Daughter have rights in her Father's property

I am Hindu Daughter divorced in 2017 with lumsum alimony. My parents want to evict me from residence stating i have no financial dependence owing to my alimony. Can they evict me? do i have any right on my father;s residence and other property? Please help

Yes. They can evict you as they are the sole owner. Your father can file criminal case also. Off course you have right of your father's property. But you inherit it after the his death. In their lifetime they can evict you legally.
