At first take a previous deed photocopy from the seller and search the property from an advocate, not less than 13 years. and also check the up-to date tax, municipal or corporation mutation certificate.
there are no rules for token or advance or booking amount generally the amount differ from case to case but usually you can pay 1 to 2 percent of the entire amount. but take a receipt and enter into an sale agreement.
