Document issue as owner says registration document is missing

Land owner has all documents including family tree and owner state original document of registration has been lost and complaint has been registered in police station, While RTC and tax receipt are in name of land owner. Can I buy it? What procedure needs be followed

Better you ask for enmubrencr certificate and extract of nearly 32 years. As they informed that they lost their original document the EC can proove some what flowing titile*,.

As mentioned in the facts, the original documents of registration is being lost but the owner has all other documents such as tax receipts etc. As if we see the required documents for the property it mentions original sale deed, patta papers and title deed are the key documents required for property registration and one cannot buy or sell the real estate properties without these legal documents in India.
