20-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather had a piece of land (self acquired). He had 2 sons and one daughter. After his death(no will made) My dad and aunt denied the share, so my the oldest son inherited the whole land. Now i am 18 years old, do i have any claim over the land??

Yes You have claim and right on the Grandfather Property equally with your father and brother along with brothers and sisters of your father. you can file a suit seeking for partition of the property so that you can get your share of property.

If it is not partitioned you will have a right to seek your share however you need to get the documents checked first before proceeding. Feel free to contact me for further guidance if you need in this regard.

Yes, you will have coparcenary rights in the property and it also depends on whether you were born at the time of you grandfather's death and if your father has released his rights in the property. However, your question is not clear, please confirm if your father had inherited the land or your uncle. my response to your question may vary based on the facts
