Do daughters have rights to claim on fathers property?

Respected Sir/Madam, our father has done property transfer for two of our brothers. We r total 10 numbers. 5 brothers and 5 sisters. Our father's property is earned by himslef. not ancestor property. Do we have rights to claim our part now also? Pl help us. Thank u

Dear Madam,
if properties are ancestrol properties than u can claim subject to Judgement passed on Supreme court of India, but properties self aquired properties of your father, your fathrr have absolute right to transfer as per his will tobany body, nobody can claim on self aquired priperty.

If that property is self acquired property of your father means your father purchased that property on his own earning money? your cannot claim, If that property purchased joint family earning money? your can claim.

Dear Sir/Madam, you have no right over the said property because of it is self acquired property, but your children having legal rights over the said property as their ancestral property of your father self acquired property. If you want more advice in this regard I will do it.
