Dm alotted my land for a govt office .

Dm has alotted a govt office in my land stating that it is a government land and they have started constructing their office. Demarcation was done 10-12 years ago and it was established that we are the owner . Now again after measurement they said this is different rakwa number and a govt land. the land number that they are claiming is govt property is adjacent to our land but encroached by others and because our land is open they measured it and assigned it new no.but we have all the documents and revenue maps that clearly suggest we r the owner ? What we should do ?
Can we get a stay order from high court against construction.

if you have got all documents including Khasra B1 map and related to demarcation you can file representation public application before the DM and presenting all documents for investigation and request them to hold the construction procedure thereafter you can approach and file petition before honorable High Court. for further more detailed discussion just contact us
