Hi
Under hindu succession act, the property of a hindu woman is her absolute property.
She can deal with the property in any which way she wants.
After her death and in absence of Will, the property will devolve on her two sons and two daughters.
All of the children(two sons and two daughters) will get equal shares in the property.

HI,
if she died intestate then it will be divided between all four children equally.
if that property is self acquired then she can write a will, gift or donate to any body according to her wish.
if that property is ancestral or women's property in nature then your stand will differ.
