Dispute with society about illegible charges forcing me to pay

Our society is asking me to pay some illegible charges like parking maintenance and outside road maintenance which I am not paying. Amount Is 84000/- with interest. Federation of coop society had issued me a recovery certificate. I want to bring stay order on attachment notice.

Hello, In order to bring stay on attachment notice, the agreement or sale deed entered into by you has to be considered. So you need to consult a proper lawyer regarding the same so that he/she can guide you after going through your agreement or sale deed in detail. For this you have 2 you can approch to the cooperative court as well as you can also approch the consumer ,if you are right and society will charge you heavy penalty or maintaince bill then the court will pass the order in your favour
