Dispute on Parking in House in brother

we have a house in which three brother are staying on Ground, first and Second floor, , on the ground floor below the stair case a parking space and only one scooter can park, one of brother staying in second floor saying this is only my right to park the scooter other can not park as per rule top floor has right to park scoter on ground floor, but my concern is why can not park scooter of ground floor resident because it is common space and every resident of house has equal right , please suggest

Hello, I would like to inform you that once you purchase the property there is a builder buyer agreement and in that agreement every clause is elaborated so you have to see whether there There is any clause related to parking or it is a common area so you have to describe your query in detail I request you to contact our office thank you

You all have equal right of parking until unless no separate right is being transferred in the name of your brother through sone legal documents. If he is obstructing for the same, you may file a complaint in police or May file suit for injunction and declaration. Please feel free to contact. Thanks

Your question is that your brother staying on top floor is fighting to get the scooter park and said that he only has his specific rights to park the scooter ..in this situation u must do proper home work ..get an apprehension complaint drafted
