Dispute about ancestral property, how can I proceed?

I Sir, My name is , My father have ancestral property and that property acquired by gov for thermal power plant. My father have 3 brother and 2 sisters, one sister is Expired long ago time. But one of my aunt asking for equal right in ancestral property, And second things My father stay with my aunt, she is telling us your father stay with me so We will not give any money to you. Is it right, but this is ancestral property. And Now My aunt and My father Have Passed Away on 19 Nov 2017. When I ask My father money that time my aunt son said that money we utilised and we will not give that money. Actually My Father not Able to spend that money < He is Got Fit that why HE is not able to do things right, And My aunt said that time when they got money , she will take interest on that money. So My Question 1) Can i get that money from my aunt son. 2) What is the procedure for that.

If the property is ancestral property then according to Hindu Succession Act 2005,on or from the commencement of this act daughters has equal rights in property. A share of your father was divided into his children includeing girl child u get your father share if you are alone u get whole share

No you can't get that money now your father had not utilised his right during his lifetime. Your father had consented the transaction when he was alive. It was your father duty to exercise his right while acquisitions done rather sleeping on his rights
