Different Signature In PAN Card and Sale Deed

My name in all documents like PAN card and Adhar card is same as "Chandan Kumar Ghosh".But signature in PAN card is as "Chandan Kumar Ghosh" and in other documents as "Chandan kr Ghosh".Now I am going to buy a property.Will sub register verify my signature in sale deed with my PAN card before registration? Can he refuse to register due to signature Mismatch?

no registrar does not match signatures. And it cannot be refuse for registration. morever it is not compulsory for buyer to execute deed or be present at the time of registration. but it is compulsory to verify the seller documents/id and signature by buyer and by registering authority.

No. There is no problem regarding the registration of property. I suggest you to do the both the names like CHANDAN KUMAR GHOSH @ CHANDAN KR. GHOSH. But nobody will verify your signature with pan card and others documents.
