Difference in Dag no. is Land deed, what to do

I saw in my land's deed rs dag no. 359 then i suddenly saw in my previous owners deed, the rs dag no. is 350. is it possible to differ in dag nos.? i dont know what would be the consequences. what shoud i do now?
I think this is a mistake done while sale deed was prepared.R.S dag is the vital identification of the land recorded with the govt. If the dag no differs,mutation with land reform authority can not be done.rectification deed is suggested to overcome the problem.
