Did not get namantran after 1.5 years of registration, what to do?

I have bought plot from broker in indore but did not get namantran after 1.5 years. registration of the plot is complete. I am supposed to do contruction on the land as i have taken a loan as per bank rules but how do i do that since i have not been given the namantran. I have visited thier office numerous times they just say that talks are going on, many different excuses. Can you tell me what is the process of namantran and how do i get around this situation as i am not sure what is really going on.is there anything that i can do.
Within 90 days of the registry the mutation/namantaran is done with the consent of buyer and seller, but after the lapse of statutory period buyer has to file an application of 109/110 of land revenue code 1959 application on which notices are issued objection are called in there after mutation is done it is only a record with the government does not create any right but for records it is must get a good lawyer of civil specially looking after revenue cases then only proceed
you have not mentioned that the plot is diverted or not. In both conditions mutation can be done by authorities after 1.5 year. You can file a suit for declaration before civil court in Indore. Thankyou.
Mutation (namaantaran) is to be done by you and not by seller, you will have to apply for mutation with municipal corporation with all relevant documents and prescribed fee as well as publication expenses. municipal corporation shall invite objections within 30 days if any from any corner. if no objection is from any corner and plot is free hold and title of seller is clear you will get mutation certificate within 60 days of your application.
