You and your children have maintenance rights over your late husband`s property, besides your children have inheritance rights too. You have a right to live in a house if any house is in your late husband`s name. You as guardian of your children can legally claim all these.

Dear madam,
As per your query always you and your children have absolute right over your husband property and his ancestral property, you can file suit for partition and separation possession of your husband ancestral property, and you can acquire your husband property and also Bank accounts.

First you not mention is about religuon. Because there are different in muslim and hindu.now i am explaining on besis of hindu .you can suit a case for maintainance of you and your children. If they do any job or not.you may ask share of your husband if property belongs to ancestors only.
