DELAY OF POSSESSION BY BUILDER

MY POSSESSION DATE WAS JUNE 2020. BUT THE BUILDER IS SAYING NOW THAT HAVE GOT RE EXTENSION FROM RERA AND THEY WILL GIVE THE POSSESSION ONLY IN SEPTEMBER 2021. IDEALLY FROM WHEN CAN I CLAIM THE COMPENSATION FROM THE BUILDER

You can claim Possession from June 2020. To claim, Send the Builder a Legal Notice first. If things won't work out after sending Notice, directly file a case against the Builder under the RERA Act & Sec 420 of the IPC.
