Delay in the registry process as the amount should be paid by building

13-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
The builder is delaying my registry process as the builder has to pay the registry amount on my behalf as my registry amount is already included in the amount (purchase) (although the registry is going on). I have mailed several times and also visited the office should I proceed with complaint on uprera I have all the necessary documents.

sir you should file the consumer case against the builders before the state consumer commission. the commission may direct the builder to get the registry process be completed as soon as possible in accordance with law.
