Delay in property registration

We entered into agreement to purchase resale flat in Qutubullapur Mandal in Medchal-Malkajgiri District,we paid full sale agreement amount to the seller before registration, however on day of registration it was informed by sro that our resale flat area survey numbers comes under prohibited properties ie waqf board property thus registration was not allowed by registrar. My question is property under prohibited list list specifically waqf board propertie wil take place how to get back amount

first whom yu made agreement to purchase property that person did fraud,we will file case on him,that he did cheating,we launch a complaint in the police station police people will take action,Fir should be registeref on him,than will file in court,that he did fraud,he will be punishable by law, if he is having any properties belongs to him,court attach the properties to return yr amount,if he could not able to pay,kindly met me in my office

hi first need to see the reasons for including the property in prohibition list and if it is not proper then you could approach court to remove the property the prohibition list by challenging the SRO order
