If the cost of the flat and compensation sought for by you does not exceed 1 crore, then the complaint has to be filed before the state consumer disputes redressal commission, at Bangalore. Only if the amount demanded exceeds 1 crore, then it is to be filed before the National consumer disputes redressal commission, the advocates fees in each complaint would be 15,000/- per hearing and filing expenses of about 15,000/- per complaint.
