Delay in possession by builder and misbehaving

Booked flat March 2015 Builder informed that will give possession in 18-24 month Not mention in sale agreement deed Paid 7.5 lakhs on 1-2-2016 Till date no possession When we call don't reply properly Even misbehaving and saying do what ever u want to do I asked to return my money he refused because of his misbehaving What to do I am senior citizens This is retirement amount of my husband

Yes, you have very good case to get your right. your relation with the builder is called consumer relation. For getting your remedy first of all you have to send legal notice through advocate and thereafter you can file a consumer complain against him before the consumer foram where you can get your right or compensation too.
