Delay in giving possesion of property land by the property dealer.

I bought a property land of area 100 yards in Radha vihar, Mukundpur, Azadpur, New delhi 110042 from a local property dealer on 23 feb 2018(money paid in cash over a period of 1 year). Now its been 3 years, still the possesion of the land is not given to us. Corona lockdown and all is causing further delay. Property dealer is not picking up calls now, and has shifted to a new place, I want to file a case, Please tell me the best way I can recover my money back or the land back or a replacement land.
You can sue the property dealer and can recover the amount as the courts are nowadays really strict about these nature of cases against the builder. You need to furnish all your agreements so as to give you proper advice

You can get your money back but you must have to prove it how you paid the money. And I would suggest you to file a case of recovery for the money. More over you can also go and file a suit asking him to execute the sale deed if there is any Agreement in support of that.
