Actually i bought a agricultural land using benama but i didnt knw that the owner has already taken a loan from that property and without informing the loan he sell property. Now the officials denied to futther proceedings being tha loan has taken what should i do now
File a criminal complaint case of cheating on the seller from whom you have purchased the aforesaid land.

on the above mentioned query please contact 10 Sala of the land and talked him that he has to be clear the outstanding amount of the said Loan. if he is not agrees for the payment of outstanding balance so you can file a FIR against him with this concern in the police station in which jurisdiction made .
