Deduction of security deposit amount by landlady

In the agreement, a notice period to vacate property is 30 days. I have given 22 days. Owner is deducting rent for 8 days, no such clause mentioned in agreement. Also she is deducting for repair of TV and Fridge, in agreement it is mentioned major repairs are in the scope of owner. Please help
