DDA property - not being cleared

I bought a property from a property agent 2003 which was illegal construction on government DDA land . As it came with authentic stamps on legit documents no one could tell at the point of purchase. It is a legit plot in a colony, we have gone to court and they have asked DDA to take money from us for land and clear it, but DDA is doing nothing. Do you think this will be cleared at some point or is it up to DDA . Can they demolish it.? Do I have any hopes. What can I do. I do not want to be contacted by phone.
Hi first of all the land was been brought by which person and all what’ did the court say and all the properly will be done what is the court saying when was the land purchase and all how much was the amount will be paid and all when the year is amount was been paid u can file a case against the mcd andnall

if the court has directed DDA to legalise it or take further action, then the DDA has to do it. you can file a contempt petition in court against the DDA thereby contesting the order of the court. it is not a legit plot unless cleared by DDA
