DC Converted land in BDA approved layout

There is BDA approved layout in Margondanahalli of which some portion was kept for Future development. Now that part is developed as plots. Plot is DC converted and has E Khatha as this location is still not under BBMP. Can I go ahead to purchase this plot, my intention is not for investment but for self use.

As plot being converted to DC from the agricultural land in Karnataka, a conversion certificate will be mandatory to be obtained from the legal body of the property. A conversion certificate is issued to change the use of land from agricultural to non-agricultural purpose from the competent revenue authority. There are certain documents with would have been required to check like whether the NOC was issued for the conversion, verify all the documents from an advocate first before you move ahead for purchase.

If the plots are DC converted and E Khatha property wheather it is permitted and BDA approved lay out then you can purchase the property but still you have to get all the property documents for scrutiny for complete legal opinion
