Venerated Sir,
With due respect I would like to inform you that as per the amendment 2005 in Indian Sucedsion Act, it elucidates that daughter have right in ancestral property but this amendment shall be applicable after 2005 not in 2002. Ergo, as per your query married daughter have no right in your case. Feel free to give your valuable feedback and call me through lawrato.

Technically no. Since the said right has been recognized and effectuated in 2005 per se... as such married daughters of the intestate will ideally not have any right on his property if Intestate died in 2002
