Daughter's share in ancestral property

21-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Property described stood recorded in the name of Banamber Das, Benu Das and Kanhu Das. Banamber das died leaving behind his 2 sons and 1 daughter. my Dad purchase this whole property in year 1998 from Benu das, Kanhu das and Banamber's two son only (as the Amendment was not done in the "Hindu Succession act" at that time) Now my dad is having whole property patta or ROR. As per the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005. Now issue stands that Banamber's daughter who has not signed in the sell deed back in 1998, now in 2014 has claimed her share and somehow manipulating the officials in sub-registry office, sold her 1/9 share to someone else. what can be done in this case??
