Daughter's right over parent's property under Hindu law

Hello.am 29 yearsHindu female who is married for 6 years.it was love marriage which turned again to arrange marriage.my question is does daughter has equal rights in fathers property.because my parents are more fond of my brother.there is inequality between male n female in my house.my dad has already written 2 property on my brother name now my brother wants major property also.i have younger sister too.now they vl give one property which is left to her.but I dnt have anything left.am financial unstable.am scared to ask my dad.my sister in law is rich.both my brother and sister in law got many property.they are ignoring me which is am getting mentally stressed.what should I do.if I ask my dad n brother they vl scream on me n say u did love marriage n all.am working but my husband has lost all his money in his buisness.we leave in rented house.am not able to bear any expenses.what shall I do.does daughter has equal rights in fathers property. I dnt have any grandfather's property

It is not as simple as what you said. What you call as your father`s property may be your ancestral property or may be the self acquired property of your father. That is a matter of fact and evidence. you have no chance if it is your father`s self acquired property.

1.Yes, According to the Hindu Succession Act 1956, which was amended on 9th September 2005 , every daughter , whether she is married or unmarried ,she is considered a member her fathers family and even can be appointed as a Karta (who manages) of his fathers property.
2.However the daughter can enjoy the benefits granted by the amendment only if her father passed away after 9th September 2005also , the daughter is eligible to be a co-shares only, if
the father and daughter were alive on 9th September 2005.
