Daughters right ancestral property Tamilnadu

Father gets the property by succession in the year 1981 , father has 3 daughter s and one son . Two daughters gets married before 1989 and one daughter gets married in the year 1990 , father trasfers the entire property to his only son through sale deed . , Can the daughters can claim a share ?

Yes, the daughter can claim it, unless if she has never executed any release deed and relinquished her rights over the property.

In this case sale deed is not possible since father is settling the property to his son only settlement deed can be executed, sale deed is null and void. As per Hindu rites and customs all-female children's are eligible to claim the property. Other female children's can go for stay
