मेरे पापा औ र मेरे ५ चाचाजी के नाम पर साल२००१ मैं जमीन हो गयी है औ र मेरे ५ चचाजी की मृत्यु हो चुकी है अब मेरी बुवा जो की ७५ साल के ऊपर की है क्या वो अब property ke लिये claim कर सकती है?

आपके बुआ के पिताजी की वो मालमत्ता हो तो उनको लीगल हक्क है।
अभी अभी सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजमेंट के अनुसार बुआ को समान अधिकार प्राप्त हो गया है।
अगर उस मालमत्ता का अभि तक बटवारा हो गया है तो उनको हक्क नही मिलेगा।

If that property belongs to your grandfather that means it that property is ancestral property then she is having right. but if that property is purchased by your father and four uncles then she is not having right and she can claim.
