1st it is not clear to which school of law u r guided, and 2ndly, whether the house was solely in name of your father.

Now 1 way u can file a title suit by stating that your father is 75yrs and not in stable mental condition to sell house and or decide any thg.
Thank you.

Dear client,
As per the details provided by you I would suggest that as the property is purchased by your father and it stands in his name he has every right to dispose the same as per his wish and desire. But still there are other ways for restraining him from selling the properties

You both need to prove that after your mother died, your father is mentally ill in a competent court of law,due to old age and sorrow for that you need 3 things they are 1. competent advocate, 2.a very good doctor and 3. Moderate amount of money if you have the latter two things, then I am willing to be the former one. Contact us through Lawrato.
