Property registered in the name of minor is void and not enforceable under law, hence your uncle will not get any right in the property unless it is an ancestral property in which he has share. If it is your father's self acquired property then your father is the exclusive owner and you and your mother will become legal heirs of the property. Which sub registrar has given the consent to register the property in minor's name ? Meanwhile you have stated RTC, possession of property everything in your and your mother's name then what is the hurdle basing upon this contact the concerned authority ask to do the needful.
