1st mom ke hum 2 bete he,stepmom k 2 bete h 1 girl 1 boy,2 ghar he 1 acre kheti he, 1 plot he jiski registry nhi hui he,usme stepmom ne shayad gafla kia he,dad ke 3 bank account the jinme pure 10 lakh the,aur baki 5 lakh stepmom ke phonepay se mare hue dikhe,jiska thik jawab nhi de rahi,10 lakh me se 5 lakh bol rahi he ki dad ka Marne se pahle ka karz utara jo gaw ke 2 logo se liya tha,3 lakh and 2 lakh per person lekin ,account me se pure paise mare nahi hai,kabhi 10 hajar kabhi 25 hajar rupaye
You should collect all entries. Take letter from branch account of each bank and file for succession certificate for all movable properties under Bombay Regulation Act. And for imovable properties under Hindu Succession Act.
